Look Down, O Lord

Original in F; transposed to E♭ for my own convenience.
The underlay in Renaissance choral music is always problematic, and in this piece it is apparently especially unclear. I’ve adjusted it a little from other (free) editions I’ve seen to suit my own preferences.
Look down, O Lord, on me poor man,
in Thee I live, I move and am,
O clear my soul and conscience,
that I in Thee my peace find,
Rest to my heart, joy to my mind,
Freed from my sin and mine offence.
